Refund Policy

We are grateful for your generous donation and support of Driven by Giving's mission.

In accordance with accounting standards and our commitment to using all funds efficiently to further our public good initiatives, all donations are considered final and non-refundable once processed.

Exceptions:
We may consider a refund only in limited, exceptional circumstances, such as:

• An error in the donation amount was made by the donor.

• The donation was not authorized by the donor.

 

If you believe an error has been made or have changed your mind about contributing, please contact us immediately at 512-618-5612 or info@drivenbygiving.org. Refund requests will be considered at our discretion if submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

If a refund is granted, it will be returned via the original method of payment (e.g., to the same credit card used for the donation). You are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from a refunded donation.
